Abstract

This article deals with the information about the principles and ways of developing the functions and forms of the children with special educational needs’ speech competence as a method of communicative activity and adaptation in the educational process. Speech formation of children with special educational needs is considered in the general context of developing the communicative competence and adaptation in a educational process in a continuous correlation with the problem. Aspects of children’s with special educational needs speech skills development are considered with the potential of a correlation certain age period taking into account and can be revealed in the organization of different and communicative activities in the educational process. The development of speech competence is considered to the productive activities of children with special educational needs. Forming of children’s with special educational needs speech competence and different types of it is based on the principles of differentiation of functions and basic phases of communicative activity in the educational process. This article describes the consideration of the development of children’s with special educational needs communicative competence in the process of speech activity, the real mechanism of its social functioning. Speech competence of children with special educational needs is formed by others influence and through communication with the establishment of emotional contact, which is the beginning of the development of communication skills. Therefore, it is important to form the social function of communicative activity during this fhase of children’s with special educational needs the speech competence development. Communication at any age is the direct emotional contact, which is an important form of a certain period activity, a complicated process which purpose is to communicate with others and is realized by the specific to each age period necessary means.
