CONTINUOUS EDUCATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE TERMS OF THE TODAY
Abstract
This article addresses the problem of continuous primary school teachers preparation to the work in conditions of inclusive education. A review of scientific research was conducted and the essence of the concept continuous primary school teachers preparation to the work in the conditions of the inclusive education was clarified. It is indicated that the teaching staff preparation process means also gradual acquisition of the necessary competences by the subjects of education, that gives them rights to work in the educational establishments and institutions that are connected with teaching and human development. It was personalized the continuous education development conception about provision and implementation the educational policy for development the continuous pedagogical education. It is stated that the main principles of state education policy are enshrined in the national doctrine of educational development; they are enshrined in the country's 2012-2021 development strategy. They envisage the implementation of a number of measures to reform the higher education system in the new social-economical conditions taking into account the worldwide (generally civilizational) trends of higher education system development. Improving the national higher education system and its integration into the worldwide education space means also building an effective education policy, that can provide increasing an educational services quality; implementation of innovative pedagogical systems; equal access to the qualitative education for all citizens, also free choice in education; modernization the content of an education and its organization according to the worldwide modern trends and labor market requirements; providing continuity of education and education during the all life.
