REALIZATION OF COOPERATION PEDAGOGICAL IDEAS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract

The article deals with research educational technologies, student active learning process organization. Ideas of cooperation in educational process are offered.

The theoretical principles of pedagogy of cooperation and the realization of the requirements for its creative practical realization are outlined.

         Modern education is on the way of intensive development and transition to a new quality, which is characterized by the educational paradigm of human personality development.

         At the present period, educators are faced with the task to guide young people with the following qualities: constant searching the ways to solve life problems; willingness to form the basis of their own social success by their own educational and professional activities; the desire to learn throughout their lives.

         Vocational training should include not only professional training, but also aimed at becoming a spiritually and intellectually formed value-based person.

         It is precisely because of the knowledge based on the study that productive professional training, the formation of competitiveness and professional mobility of specialists can be actively promoted.

         The teachers can choose one of many optional choices of problematic learning due to the personalities and their own pedagogical activities, individual abilities of students, the level of development of the team, group.

The ideas of cooperation have long aroused considerable interest, become the subject of research, the expediency of their implementation is undeniable. The pedagogy of cooperation is characterized by perfect organization of educational work in the classroom, thoughtful and skillfully implemented, flexible and diverse, dynamic and emotional tactics of managing the educational process with different forms, methods and techniques.

Today we are facing new problems and are forcing to solve them. Recently, in many countries of the world there’s a tendency to create opportunities for students to take an initiative position in the educational process, not just to learn the suggested material by the teacher (by textbook), to turn knowledge into a living, interested problem solutions.

The current level of science and technologies requires the formation and education of creative mindful professionals. They need to be trained to look for ways to solve future life problems in real life situations.
