Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the organization and management of the process of artistic and aesthetic education of pupils. The problem of management of aesthetic education of pupils in general secondary education is studied, which is a clearly defined
system of interaction of all subjects to create conditions for the realization of conceptual goals and objectives of aesthetic education of students. It is substantiated that an important condition for restructuring the content of extracurricular education and upbringing, an effective means of its improving is to increase the level of management of the pedagogical process, the ability of managers to rely on public opinion, encourage, stimulate creativity initiative of each employee, the ability to find something new, progressive in the educational process.
A new system of formation and development of aesthetic culture of schoolchildren is presented on the example of the Small Academy of Folk Arts and Crafts,
which operates on the basis of Berezne Secondary School of I–III grades № 2. It is determined that the formation
of aesthetic tastes and interests, development of artistic and aesthetic culture at systematic use in sections and studios of MANMR of various means of musical and choreographic education: conversations-messages, conversations-illustrations, conversations-discussions, games,
competitions, holidays, viewing of a video films, attending concerts, exhibitions and participate in them.
The system of management of art and aesthetic education of students in this institution is presented, which
provides the educational needs of each pupil in accordance with his inclinations, interests, abilities.
