Methodical component development of information and communication competence of pedagogical workers by means of prolonged distance trainings
Abstract
The article presents the results of the research work of the Department of Theory and Methods of Natural Mathematical Disciplines and Technologies of the
Khmelnitsky Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education on the Development of Information and Communication Competence of teachers, in particular, methodical service workers of the city, district, united territorial community. The paper substantiates the choice of approaches to the professional development of teachers, in particular, andragogical, competence and axiological. The definition of the term «prolonged distance training» is proposed, the methodological aspects of the support of teachers during the training are analyzed. The author describes the goals and methods of formative assessment of adult students during the training, justifies ways to ensure interactive collaboration between students and the teacher. The use of online services for interactive remote synchronous exercises by means of webinar platforms is explained in detail. The article also gives examples of the use of self-esteem questionnaires
for participants of prolonged distance training on the development of information and communication competence of methodological services employees, the use of Internet resources for reflection. Diagnostic methods for the study of the professionalism of pedagogical staff used during the study and their influence on the improvement of the learning process, in particular, the methods «Value orientations», «The teacher’s ability to self-development», «Identification of style of interaction in professional activity» are thoroughly analyzed. Continuing to work on the research, the author plans to pay attention to the improvement of training programs in accordance with the needs of the trainees and to create a system of conducting such educational activities in the institutions
of postgraduate pedagogical education.
