The motivational component is characterized by the teacher’s positive attitude to the organization of students’ educational activities. The cognitive component as a person’s property to perceive, analyze, process information mentally, which is characterized by knowledge of technological models, fundamentals of technology, new technologies, and others. The activity-based component is a set of knowledge and their practical implementation and involves the active use of modern educational technologies in pedagogical professional practice as a means of cognition, development, creative process, and self-improvement. Certain examples from the author’s course on modern educational technologies (educational technologies in their historical development, project technology, and game learning technologies, information, and communication learning technologies) are provided. One has made conclusions that in addition to skills of using educational technologies, teachers apply a completely new approach to teaching educational material, naturally incorporating this knowledge into their practical and scientific activities, which leads to their teaching system improvement in general.
