Creating an innovative subject-subject environment for the training of future bachelors of physical therapy in higher education institutions

Abstract

The article singles out and characterizes the modern innovative subject-subject environment for
training of future bachelors of physical therapy in higher education institutions. In the modern educational environment there is a change in the paradigm of higher education, which is associated with the search for such pedagogical conditions and tools that would ensure the effective preparation of future bachelors of physical therapy for the realities of the ever-changing labor market. Achieving a competitive quality of national education in the context of civilizational changes today is becoming a priority for the modernization of education in Ukraine. In the course of dialogue training, future bachelors of physical therapy are taught to think critically, attitudes and relevant information, to weigh alternative opinions, to make well-thought-out decisions, to participate in discussions, to communicate with other people. Innovative forms and methods of professional training of future bachelors of physical therapy include: creative tasks; work in small groups; educational games (role-playing games, imitations, business games); social projects; interactive lectures; work with visual aids, video and audio materials. The conditions of application of practical innovative forms of subject-subject interaction of future specialists of physical therapy in the educational process of higher education institutions are separately revealed. The following have been singled out and disclosed innovative methods, such as: heuristic conversation, discussion, "brainstorming", "round table", business game, case-method, as well as competitions of practical works with their further discussion. It is proved that conducting business Games not only provides effective formation of professionally significant qualities of future bachelors of physical therapy, but also expands their understanding of the essence of the chosen profession.
