USE OF MEDIA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN MIXED TRAINING OF OPEN EDUCATION SYSTEMS

Abstract

The article examines blended learning technologies in pedagogical theory and practice, forms and methods of using media-information technologies in blended learning in the system of open postgraduate education, in particular in the field of information and communication technologies, forms of implementation of education content due to national, economic, features of different countries. The use of media information technology in the educational process requires a radical restructuring of the philosophy of education and real informatization. Therefore, factors such as: the rapid development of technology have the greatest impact on the transformation of education in modern society; daily increase in scientific and technical information; development of cross-cutting scientific research; penetration of informatization in all spheres of public life, in educational and management activity of educational institutions. On the other hand, the rapid development of technologies has led to the acceleration of innovation in the educational process, especially in the various forms of information support of the educational process, which include distance learning, media, educational project activity, other forms that require detailed study, and generally identifying trends in the development of education at the present stage. The National Doctrine for the Development of Education of Ukraine in the 21st Century focuses on the need for further development of education based on the use of new progressive concepts, introduction of modern technologies and scientific and methodological achievements in the educational process. The traditional philosophy of education, based on the direct communication of participants in the educational process, is today complemented by the communication technologies that bring with it informatization of education, in particular distance and blended learning technologies.
