Abstract
The article analyzes modern approaches to the training of heads of preschool education institutions for innovative activities. It has been revealed the problem of implementation of new approaches in the process of preparing the heads of preschool education institutions for innovative activities in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education in the conditions of educational reform.
It has been outlined the main principles of the organization of the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education: scientificity and competence, continuity and systematicity, perspective and adaptability, humanization and humanization, differentiation and individualization, effectiveness.
It has been substantiated that in today's conditions, the specification and regionalization of a complete educational system, theoretical research of the problem of managing various models of regional education systems, in particular postgraduate pedagogical education, its orientation to the progressive and innovative paradigm of stable development are becoming very relevant.
It has been revealed on the basis of the analysis of scientific works and conducted research, the theoretical and methodological foundations, content and forms of training of the head of the preschool education institution for innovative activities. It has been characterized the modernization of its management functions. As well as the process of formation of information culture, development of management activities.
It has been proven that modern approaches, a wealth of organizational forms and methods of increasing the pedagogical and managerial competence of the heads of pre-school education institutions in the region, their readiness for innovative activities will help each head to implement the acquired knowledge in practical management activities and to develop an internal system for ensuring the quality of education.
