Foreign experience of a professional training of future specialists by means of distance learning
Abstract
The article analyzes scientific publications on the problem of professional training of future specialists by means of distance learning. The development of higher education in Ukraine, which has recently taken place in a rather difficult and uncertain environment, given the existing challenges for humanity, can be effective only if the use of distance learning technologies. In the developed countries of the world there is an emphasis not only on the need to develop skills to independently find information, critically analyze it but also to improve their professional skills at all stages of life. It has been to achieve the goal that new distance technologies of personality-oriented learning are developed and implemented.
It has been analyzed the principles of the methodological system of professional training of future human rights defenders by means of distance learning, the existing foreign experience in the implementation of distance learning. It has been suggested possible ways to adapt it in the Free Economic Zone of Ukraine. The following features of distance higher education have been identified: in the process of its development it has become a promising branch of the economy. What is confirmed by the increasing number of universities that are providing distance education service that allows effectively implement the principle of «lifelong learning». Which is an integral part of modern digital transformation of society; the expansion of the market of distance educational services of developed countries is not only due to their export to other countries. Also a significant increase in demand in the domestic market. It is rapidly improving because distance learning technologies are becoming more focused on students, their needs and the growing pace of life.
In the process of research, possible ways to improve distance learning in the training of future professionals are identified: expanding the introduction of modern distance technologies in the free economic zone, partial replacement of traditional distance learning; development of various distance learning strategies not only for higher education institutions, but also for employees of enterprises, local authorities, organizations, etc., which determine their content according to their own needs.
Development of technologies and means of distance learning that provide opportunities for a flexible, accessible and personalized process of providing educational services to students. Search for pedagogical technologies that ensure the development of future professionals', ability to learn independently and integrate distance learning in various spheres of their socio-cultural life.
