Means of practical implementation of the axiological approach in the field of professional training of future professionals in the field of culture and arts

Abstract

The task of modern education is the formation of high-level axiological culture. The formation of axiological culture of the individual is facilitated by access to axiological knowledge and the world of values, which actualizes the axiological approach in education. The axiological approach in modern education is considered as a methodological basis of organizations of the educational process, as values are a system-forming factor in the processes of learning, education and personality formation, and personal qualities and professional competencies, especially axiological as the basis of axiological culture of the high level and personality culture in general.

Thus, the aim of the article is to identify the means of practical implementation of the axiological approach, in particular in the field of professional training of future specialists in the field of culture and arts. The theoretical basis for the application of the axiological approach in the context of educational and pedagogical strategy is the guidance of Ukrainian and foreign philosophers, axiologists and teachers.

In order to achieve this goal, thiswork identifies a number of criteria that must meet the tools and technologies for the implementation of the axiological approach. The implementation of the axiological approach appears as a specially organized educational process based on value-principle constructs and aimed (with the help of pedagogical tools and technologies) at forming a professional culture (including axiological) of the future specialists of various profiles. Taking into account these criteria, pedagogical tools and technologies for the implementation of the axiological approach include interactive learning, research (heuristic) learning, technology «Creating a situation of success», technology of  the development of critical thinking, technology of project training («Project Method»), technology for creating dialogue space, computer-information technologies.

It is concluded that the practical implementation of the axiological approach determines the need to involve pedagogical tools and technologies that will ensure the implementation of procedures for the implementation of humanistic and professional values in educational practice.
