Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the implementation of motivation methods in the conditions of the development of educational systems from a rigid system to a system with delegated management powers. Such as: «soft» system, system with network interaction, synergistic system.

It has been analyzed the specified features are analyzed on the example of the implementation of motivation methods, defined according to the traditional classification, which distinguishes administrative, economic and psychological methods of motivation, as well as methods of social regulation and social regulation.

It has been established that one of the features of the implementation of motivation methods in the process of development of educational systems is the complex use in each phase of the development of the educational system of administrative, economic, psychological and social methods of motivation with the priority application of dominant methods of motivation for the specified phase of development.

Another important feature of the implementation of motivation methods is the shift in accordance with the phases of the development of the educational system in the dominant methods of motivating from administrative to economic, psychological methods of motivation, methods of social regulation and social regulation.

It has been substantiated that in the conditions of the development of educational systems, there is a shift in the dominant methods of motivation, also within individual groups of methods, in the direction of methods of indirect positive motivation.

In addition, it was established that in the process of development of the educational system, a characteristic feature of motivation methods is the growth of their public component (the relative amount of personnel potential involved in the implementation of motivation methods).

Also it has been proven that in the conditions of the development of educational systems, another feature of motivation is the strengthening of its differentiation (reduction of the relative value of personnel potential in groups targeted by specific methods of motivation).
