Integrated education as a means of forming an integral image of the world of the students of education of New Ukrainian School

Abstract

The article considers the implementation of integrated education as a means of forming the whole image of the world of the students of education in New Ukrainian School. The analysis of normative and scientific sources was carried out, the essence of the understanding «integration», «integrated education», «integrative approach», «integration in education». The directions of implementation of the new Ukrainian school of ways of integration of the content of education in order to form the integrity and continuity of the content of school education.

It is determined that the methodological basis for creating conditions that ensure the development of the individual, which has an integral scientific outlook there is an integrative approach in teaching. The result of integrative training is the integrity of knowledge of different levels – generalized knowledge, meaning and consequences of specific events and phenomena, etc. A comprehensive approach to learning is based on integrated learning.

In this way, the educational process becomes part of the general picture of the world. The idea of integration in education as is grounded methodological principle of improvement of quality of education in educational institutions, formation of key competencies of the applicant’s students.

The change of the role of a teacher in the educational process in the integrated study was noted. Teachers should think integrated, be not only teachers, but also researchers, scientists, managers, or even the fascists, to learn to teach a subject in a new way, to search for interesting forms of submission of the material, to listen to needs.

 The article defines the advantages of integrated training. This is a deeper understanding of the purpose of each subject in different contexts, any subject better understanding of the complex approach, through which subjects, skills, ideas and different points of view are connected with the real world, improvement of the skills of system thinking.
