Creative personality as a pedagogical problem in vocational priority education
Abstract
. In the article, from the point of view of the urgent need for high-quality training of specialists for the economic complex, the problems of becoming a progressive, creative and modern teacher for the development of the creative potential of future graduates of pre-higher professional education institutions are considered. The domestic experience was analyzed, as well as a number of achievements of scientists and practitioners regarding pedagogical activity as creativity and the driver of the teacher's professional development process were highlighted. The question of the development of creative abilities of future specialists is outlined as one of the priority tasks of pre-higher education. The analysis of terminological series shows that pedagogical creativity is both a component and a factor in the development of a teacher's pedagogical skills, who must not only use methodical materials, but above all be able to creatively rethink them. The development of creative potential is best managed for mastering a new profession precisely during the student years of study. The problem of formation and development of all components of pedagogical creativity, which in the process of educational activity becomes the driver of the process of professional development of the teacher, remains unresolved. It was concluded that a creative and creative teacher of a pre-higher education institution should be a dynamic integral personality, able to carry out transformative activities, realize creative educational potentials, accumulate own creative experience, develop creative abilities of students, in particular, their creative potential as the potential creativity of an education seeker.
