Peculiarities of teaching chemical disciplines in conditions of distance learning
Abstract
The article analyzes the implementation of digital technologies in the educational process of educational institutions for the purpose of forming research skills and skills of education seekers. In accordance with the chemistry curriculum, the formation of not only knowledge and the ability to use it, but also the formation of skills in handling substances is provided for.
It has been established that the main task of a chemical experiment is to establish a connection between theory and practice, to transform knowledge into an understanding of chemical processes, to develop the skills of conducting a chemical experiment, and to form a critical attitude to the obtained research results. The analysis of virtual resources of chemical experiments was carried out and a survey of pedagogical workers who put these resources into practice was carried out.
The necessity of using a home chemical experiment and research projects for the formation of practical abilities and skills for working with chemicals that we use in everyday life is discussed.
Thus, the analysis of scientific-pedagogical literature and the conducted questionnaire shows that during distance learning there are many disadvantages related to the organization and conduction of a chemical experiment. Therefore, our further research will be aimed at establishing pedagogical conditions for the formation and development of skills and abilities to perform a chemical experiment during distance learning.
The distance learning format in the conditions of martial law ensures the formation of simple skills in handling chemicals, and the introduction of research projects forms the ability to analyze, generalize and systematize the obtained data.
