Abstract

The article discloses the diagnostic toolkit for the development of professional reflection of future leaders of instrumental ensembles. The need to apply innovative approaches in the art education system is highlighted It has been revealed On the basis of       scientific works, the essence of the concept of «professional reflection» in the context of managing collective performance. It has been determined the criteria (value-motivational, cognitive-cognitive, personal-communicative, activity-creative) and levels of development of professional reflection of future leaders of instrumental ensembles (low, medium, sufficient and high).

          It has been updated opinion that professional reflection is extremely important for working with an instrumental ensemble. On the basis of the conducted survey and questionnaire, interviews with students, the results of the diagnosis of the development of professional reflection of future leaders of instrumental ensembles among students of art institutions of higher education are presented. This monitoring proved indirect understanding and knowledge of students about professional reflection as a tool of self-development, which actualizes the need for a thorough study of this skill within the educational process.

         The proposed article is a scientific view on the problem of the development of professional reflection of future leaders of instrumental ensembles during professional training.
