Educational and creative work in an amateur variety orchestra
Abstract
The proposed article reveals the concept of «educational and creative work» in an amateur pop group, which is a component of the rehearsal process and concert-performance activity. It has been proven that education and upbringing act as one whole, where the leader, teaching the members of the team practical skills and skills of orchestra playing, possessing creative abilities and psychological and pedagogical skills, forms aesthetic and artistic tastes, ideals, feelings, etc. in the orchestra members. It has been revealed the main directions of educational and creative work during the study of orchestral works. Which are solved in the process of joint artistic and performing tasks: assimilation of musical-theoretical and aesthetic knowledge; acquisition of musical and performing skills; acquiring knowledge and creative skills. It has been found out that the specified areas of educational and creative work are built on pedagogical principles: systematicity, accessibility, consistency, close connection with theoretical knowledge and practical activities. It was determined that the creative growth and proper organization of the amateur variety orchestra will depend on the establishment of friendly relations between the leader and the members of the team. A characteristic feature of the manager's professional activity should be the ability to create mutual understanding during music classes, the ability to take into account common interests and shape the aesthetic qualities of the performers. It was emphasized that the repertoire in the amateur pop orchestra plays an important role and is the basis of the creative growth of the team members. The main task of the manager in educational and creative work is to acquire and enrich the repertoire with new artistically perfect works. Which should include instrumental pop and jazz works, modern works, folk works (folklore) in the processing of pop performance, vocal works.
