Scientific and methodological principles administrative activities of the head of the New Ukrainian School under the conditions of marital state

Abstract

The article based on the research  of the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, regulatory documents, the article analyzes the main aspects of the professional management activity of the head of an educational institution, the scientific and methodological principles of education management in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School, current problems of situational management and self-management of the head of a general secondary education institution under time of martial law; challenges and tasks in the context of modern management theory, organization of the educational process according to state educational standards. The role of the educational institution is determined, which becomes a center that enables students to acquire not only knowledge, but also all participants of the educational process to receive psychological support, not to lose the sense of belonging to the community. The importance of situational management of school work and setting up the educational process so that it is comfortable and safe for children and teachers is emphasized. It has been proven that the quality of education and educational activities in general depends on the professional management activity of the manager and effectively organized self-management. The essence of the concepts "situational management", "performance management" has been clarified.

The conducted studies give reasons to claim that social changes are happening very quickly and present the head of an educational institution with the task of organizing the educational process and directing the work of the workforce for professional management decision-making. The head of an educational institution is a manager who must combine all scientific and methodological approaches in order to obtain a powerful tool for solving strategic social tasks defined in the laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On General Secondary Education", Concepts of Implementation of State Policy in the Field of Reform general secondary education "New Ukrainian School" for the period until 2029.
