Abstract

The article highlights the issues of cooperation between the college and stakeholders. It is noted that the effectiveness of the educational process depends on the consideration by the educational institution of the interests of all interested parties and its ability to interact with stakeholders in the external and internal educational environment. The essence of the concept of «stakeholder» as a person or a certain group of persons who influence the organization of the educational process by an educational institution and the implementation of the educational program by providing suggestions and recommendations for improving the efficiency of the educational process in college, increasing of its social status and indicators is clarified.

The main directions for the implementation of the stakeholder approach in the training of specialists at the Rivne Technical Professional College of National University of Water and Environmental Engineering and highlighting the experience of such cooperation on the example of training specialists in the specialty 192 «Construction and Civil Engineering»; have been dentified. The article contains a list of the main stakeholders with whom the college cooperates, including enterprises that provide internships, employers, scientists and practitioners who share their extensive experience, and international partners.

The issue of international cooperation between Rivne Technical Professional College and German educational and working institutions in the field of dual education, which made it possible to introduce this form of obtaining vocational pre-university and higher education at the college, is also covered. The dual form is a fairly new way of obtaining education in Ukraine, which involves a combination of studying in educational institutions and other subjects of educational activity with on-the-job training at enterprises, institutions and organizations for mastering program results, deepening practical skills and obtaining certain qualifications. In higher education the dual form is one of the ways for full-time students to obtain education.
