The influence of the modern management of a multiprofile out-of-school education institution on the ability to implement new formats of education in the author school

Abstract

Given the relevance of the problem, the purpose of this investigation is to consider the relevance of the introduction of extracurricular education and the influence of modern pedagogical management of a multidisciplinary author's institution of extracurricular education, regarding the implementation of new formats of education in the author's school, the achievement of the expected learning outcomes determined by state educational standards and ensuring equal access to thorough, quality knowledge for all acquirers.

The conditions that contribute to the implementation of the scientific and methodological principles of the management of educational innovations in the author’s institution of extracurricular education «School of life creativity of the individual» are characterized, which consists in the implementation of a set of organizational management, socio-economic, socio-cultural goals and is provided by the solution of the relevant tasks of modern management educational innovations, changes in technology and management methods, etc.

Based on the analysis of scientific works, views of scientists, conducted research, and legal documents regulating extra-curricular education in Ukraine, the main principles of implementing new formats of strategic ways of development are outlined, the goals, purpose, and objectives of education, methods, and means of their implementation, features of a versatile development of pupils; the main principles of life creativity pedagogy are highlighted.

It is proven that the implementation of innovative activities in the educational practice of the author’s institutions of extracurricular education is ensured by the search for new approaches in the content and forms of their implementation, in the management of the educational process.

The article outlines the prospects for further research in the field of extracurricular education, in particular, the use of modern forms and innovative educational technologies by pedagogues in the educational process of the author's educational institution «School of Life-Creative Personality» in the context of competence education.
