Use of innovative teaching methods in the professional training of future heads of educational institutions
Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of the practical implementation of innovative teaching methods in the professional training of future heads of educational institutions. The state of research on the problem in the theory and practice of professional training of future managers in the educational sphere is analyzed. It was concluded that the best way to develop the skills and competencies of the future specialist necessary for successful managerial activities is training through simulation of actions, thematic discussions, business games, which enables the exchange of management tools and experience, evaluation of alternative ideas and actions. Nowadays, there are many innovative approaches to the training of specialists, the most common of which are interactive ones that stimulate the motivation of education seekers, creative cooperation between the teacher and students. In the conditions of the spread of distance learning formats and online education, the main requirement for innovative methods is their flexibility and adaptability, which allows you to practice a certain method both in the conditions of real live interaction in the classroom and in the conditions of online classes. Features of the use of such innovative teaching methods in the professional training of future heads of educational institutions are described, such as gamification, the simulator-simulator of the teacher's professional activity TeachLivE and training simulators from «Diya. Education», using metaphorical associative maps «Keys to growth: three years without mistakes». Gamification involves the application of game design components to non-game contexts, the development of game scenarios related to professional roles, encourages work in a safe environment, and promotes the development of critical and systemic thinking skills. The use of simulators strengthens trust and mutual understanding within the academic group, which becomes a team of professionals when working with the simulator. In the process of joint training, future managers learn to rely on each other, as well as develop skills of empathy and support. Overall, the complex impact of simulators, combining realistic simulations, real-time feedback, collaborative elements, and customization flexibility, creates an effective learning environment. The application of metaphorical associative cards in the professional training of future heads of educational institutions is used to deepen the understanding of complex theoretical concepts through the connection of theory with previous practical experience. Metaphorical cards encourage the creative solution of professional tasks, orient future professionals to understanding the prospects of professional and personal growth, stimulate internal motivation for development in various spheres of life, promote the development of reflection and critical thinking.
