Abstract

In the article the peculiarities of formation of moral and aesthetic qualities of students of the Department of Folk Instruments, the specifics of teaching folk performance as a component of the artistic and cultural heritage of humanity are substantiated. The orchestral collective is analyzed, which educates the students themselves by means of art, gives them ample opportunities for the realization of creative plans. Such a collective should cultivate aesthetic tastes in the orchestras themselves. Therefore, the main feature of the formation of moral and aesthetic qualities of students at folk orchestra classes is psychological and pedagogical training. In this case, the leader is, first and foremost, a teacher, who introduces students to the complex world of the art, helps to master performing skills. Its purpose is to involve students in the arts through their direct participation in the orchestra of folk instruments. The study also searched for the optimal variant of the characterization of the formation of moral and aesthetic qualities of students of the Department of Folk Instruments at classes in the orchestra team, which would meet all the criteria of professional activity. The analysis of numerous scientific works, devoted to the study of different aspects of vocational training and practical experience with the student orchestra, allow us to form our own understanding of the problems and deepen the specific peculiarities of the formation of moral and aesthetic qualities of students in the department of folk instruments. In our article specific peculiarities of formation of moral and aesthetic qualities of students of the department of folk instruments at classes in the orchestra collective will be considered in the relevant structural aspects: the orchestra collective is created on the basis of interest, which is based on the personal desire of the participants, which gives rise to a certain specificity of relations with the collective; students with different abilities, different level of preparation and different age take part in the music collective; it is necessary to realize that the creative activity of the collective is characterized by certain specific forms of influence on the emotional sphere of orchestras through the means of a trained repertoire, which creates favorable conditions for the formation of their moral and aesthetic qualities; a specific feature of pedagogical activity in the folk orchestra is the free choice of teaching methods and organization of the music-educational process.
