LEGISLATIVE PROVISION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ARTISTIC LANDSCAPE IN UKRAINE

Abstract

National and international legal instruments dealt with implementation of development of regional studies of art in Ukraine are analyzed in this article. Relevance and perspectives of regional studies of art, essence of revitalization of regional studies work in Ukraine are determined. The activity of National Community of Ukrainian regional ethnographers is described. The feasibility of introduction of training course «Musical country studies of Rivne region» is determined. There has been renewed interest in history, ethnography, art and everything deals with the roots of bloodline. Selected areas of local study of Volyn such as historic, literary, cultural art become important. Systemic consideration of regional art as holistic phenomenon of Volyn and national ensuring of its development has not been given yet. It is arised the question of maintaining and strengthening of the independent State of Ukraine. The importance of educational and participatory capacity of local study, especially regional studies of art is growing. Regional art influences the key processes of different areas of socio-political, cultural, spiritual life of Ukrainian society. It is a determining factor of its development. The relevance of introduction of training course «Musical local studies of Rivne region» for training musicians, the teachers of ethics, esthetics, artistic culture and other artistic specialities is determined. It is important for the solving of state problems, cultural revival and keeping of ethno-regional value. Programmatic and state-legal support of local study as spiritual basis of Ukrainian society is an important groundwork for its existence and development.
