ASPECTS OF THE PARTNERSHIP APPROACH IN THE PEDAGOGICAL SYSTEM OF V.O. SUKHOMLINSKY

Abstract

These article presents the relevance of the heritage of V. Sukhomlinsky in the context of developing a partnership approach. The importance of the educational environment is examined and the trends in the interaction of teachers, parents, and students in Pavlysh secondary school are specified. Some aspects of pedagogical activity of V. Sukhomlinsky, which form the basis of the concept of the New Ukrainian School. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the partnership approach, which were used by the innovative teacher, are substantiated. The significance of the scientific heritage of V.A. Sukhomlinsky in the educational space, as well as the implementation of his experience in the educational process.  The necessity of using a dialogue strategy and pedagogical interaction, which can be realized due to the unity of intellectual activity, worldview beliefs and creative cooperation, is shown. The feature of the organization of the educational process of V. Sukhomlinsky is analyzed and the main points of the research problem are substantiated. Attention is focused on historical information about certain aspects of the life of an outstanding teacher. It turned out that V. Sukhomlinsky, keeping in memory the memories of his parents, creates works of moral and aesthetic themes.The features of the pedagogical technology of the innovator, which is presented in the context of educational innovations of scientific works of the researcher, are determined. A historical and pedagogical review of the heritage of V. Sukhomlinsky in the educational sector is examined, which attests considerable attention to the features of profile training at the Pavlysh school. Reasonably holistic system of views of the teacher on the comprehensive development of the personality of the student in the educational process. The main priorities of the Pavlysh school with the help of which the pupils achieve significant successes are highlighted and characterized. The formation and development of a partnership approach in the practical activities of an innovative teacher is revealed. The relationship of training and practice in the educational process is determined, which provides for the cooperation of students and the teaching staff. The influence of the environment and other factors on the formation of a comprehensively developed personality is considered.
