Planning activities of general secondary education: management aspect
Abstract
The article deals the planning of general secondary education in the context of reforming the education sector. Reveals the essence of the concepts of planning, strategy, strategic planning and development strategy of the educational institutions. Clarified strategic management of the educational institution and the requirements for strategic and annual planning. It has been provided recommendations for the development of an educational institution development
strategy, annual plan and other types of planning. It has been emphasized that planning, as a function of managing an institution in modern conditions should
become one of the priorities, as it will not only assess the state of functioning of the educational institution, but also correctly identify vectors of development for the future and form a strategy. Taking into account modern requirements for the functioning of General Secondary Education (GSO) institutions it has been recommended the following system planning of this institutions: development strategy of educational institutions, work plan of educational institutions for the year, training plan; a plan of measures aimed at preventing and combating bowling; educational program of GSO institution; curriculum of the educational institution, work plans of clubs, sections, class teachers and educators, methodological associations and other structural methodological units, calendar-thematic and lesson plans of teachers.
An effective system of planning the activities of the institution GSO will contribute to the solution of urgent and complex tasks of building The New Ukrainian
School, also transition to a new content of education and upbringing of students.
