Content and organizational features of the technology of formation of life competence of future psychologists
Abstract
The article analyses the content and organizational features of the technology of formation of life competence of future psychologists. The results of experimental research of this problem are considered. The idea of development of vital competence of the person on the basis of the concept of life creation taking into account a social situation of students and their age features is substantiated. We put forward a working assumption that the process of forming the life competence of future psychologists will be effective if the organization of a comprehensive psychological impact aimed at developing its structural components: leading life and professional competencies, personal qualities (creativity, emotional and volitional potential) and system-forming characteristics values and value orientations, motivation, reflection, self-awareness). A feature of the program developed by us is the project-modular form of organization of the educational space. The program of a formative experiment is addresses to the sources of the student's activity, his image of «I am», the integrity of which is the result of gaining personal life experience. Its task to organize targeted psychological influence on the basis of stimulating self-esteem, self-education and self-realization of the individual, providing further full inclusion in society of the individual, can constructively, consciously transform themselves and environment. Project-module organization, combining different-scale developmental flows of the social environment, promotes the development of individual competence, use individual opportunities and the social situation of this development. The content of the program has components that cover, firstly, the problem of development of a competent person, and secondly, the problem of socialization.
