SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL PORTRAIT OF T.D. DEMIANUK
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the biography, documents, memoirs of colleagues, like-minded people, students and relatives, the article presents a scientific and pedagogical portrait of a contemporary Ukrainian teacher Tamara Dmytrivna Demianiuk. It has been established that a characteristic feature of the description of the portrait of the teacher (in contrast to the literary and artistic, where the author’s vision of a person is clearly traced and her attitude to her) is an objective assessment of her professional inclinations and abilities.
The design of the scientific and pedagogical portrait of T. D. Demianiuk was carried out in accordance with the following main characteristics: direction and sphere of pedagogical activity; pedagogical skills; outlook; personal qualities; interaction with colleagues and students. In this regard, it was established that the success of the scientific and pedagogical activity of T. D. Demianiuk was facilitated by her personal character traits (energy, cheerfulness, responsiveness, softness, simplicity, self-discipline, attentiveness, intransigence, firmness, independence, determination, confidence, courage, perseverance, punctuality, initiative, determination, self-improvement, responsibility, honesty, goodwill, kindness, integrity, sincerity, reliability, disinterestedness, modesty, openness, delicacy, conscientiousness, industriousness, respectfulness, activity, curiosity, creativity, resourcefulness, effectiveness, innovativeness), her worldview beliefs (optimism, observance of human values, observance of personal principles), high competence and dedication of the chosen profession.
It was established that Tamara Dmytrivna was iconic, highly educated, professional, innovative, creative, highly moral scientist and educator. It is proved that the scientific and pedagogical portrait of a researcher in many factors is evidence of the achievement of professional peaks, which can serve in an ideal way not only for present, but also for future generations of educators and scientists.
