Formation of relationship between participants of the educational process on the basis of partnership pedagogy
Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the approach of the Partnership pedagogy and states the principles and foundations on which this approach is based, according to the New Ukrainian School Concept focused on different teacher-students, student-student, teacher-parents levels. In this research, we substantiate the pedagogy of partnership as a factor of the formation of effective mutual relations between the participants in the educational process and between particular pupils, teachers, and parents. We focus on socialization, adaptation, and establishment of relations, the definition of common values, development of communication skills of students, organization of subject-subject relations on equal terms. We feature the importance of the role of a safe educational environment for creating a comfortable atmosphere of understanding, support, respect, tolerance during morning classes, and organization of group activities for students. We describe the main qualities that the teacher should have and the need to change our mindset to ensure the implementation in practice of pedagogy partnership on the basis of democratization and humanization of education. We identify the ways of cooperation at a teacher-family level in ways of synchronization of joint actions to ensure that the formation of the personality of each student is in progress. We cover the approaches and ways of the organization of partnership pedagogy on the basis of mutual understanding and mutual respect, a balance between the rights, duties, and responsibilities. For this purpose, we suggest the approximate topics for parent-teacher conferences and present the main features for holding effective communication between teachers and parents. We prove and demonstrate the necessity of productive cooperation of all participants of the educational process in the parent-student-teacher triangle.
