Formation of spirituality of a growing personality in the conditions of socializing challenges of nowdays

Abstract

The article highlights approaches to the formation of individual spirituality. Based on the analysis of scientific methods it has been characterized the phenomenon of spirituality as a manifestation of the unity of human with the high, spiritual, divine and absolute.

It has been outlined main directions of studying the individual spirituality: philosophical and religious direction, as awakening of human internal world, spirituality, the desire to unite with the «higher reality» and become a new personality; culturological direction, as a process of humanization of man; psychological and pedagogical direction that based on educational activities and considered as a process of compiling the individual spiritual world; socio-psychological direction that forms spiritual potential as the highest manifestation of the individual internal world, humanity, cordiality, kindness, sincerity, honesty, openness to others, breadth of views, erudition, culture, general personality development, intelligence; psychological direction due to which spirituality is presented as a human quality that directs the individual to self-knowledge, self-improvement, creative development, humanistic behavior.

The essence of the concept of spirituality as a goal and achievements of a person, the result of his purposeful efforts is determined. The main attention is focused on such feature that a person has not only a physical component, but also a spiritual component.

Is has been modeled the structure of the human spirituality form three components: the intelligent soul (head), the soul of emotions and feelings (heart), the soul of desires and passions (seat). The influence of spirituality on the development of modern art is substantiated. It is proved that the spirituality of the individual is the basis of self-realization in all its manifestations (cognitive, moral, aesthetic, self-educational, self-cognitive, self-educational, communicative), and the main condition for the spirituality of the individual is his love for others.
