European experience of formation of professional competence of executive performers in higher educational institutions

Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of the formation of professional competence of wind performers in higher education institutions in Western and Eastern Europe. European integration processes contributed to the strengthening of attention to the disciplines of the artistic direction, the active involvement of young people in European cultural traditions, which, of course, influenced the conscious understanding of Europeanness based on national consciousness.

 It has been analyzed specifics of training performers, future teachers in countries such as Poland, Great Britain, France, the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Sweden, Finland, Norway based on thorough research in the field of integration processes in higher education in Europe.

Based on a comparative analysis of the system of training music professionals in various European higher education institutions, we were able to see the basic patterns of professional competence and identify similar features, find differences in the structure of training in Ukraine and abroad.

 The article emphasizes the importance of studying the experience of advanced European countries, which can serve as a valuable asset for higher education in Ukraine, as well as help identify possible ways to improve the native art education. Due to the global rethinking of existing educational programs under the influence of integration processes and socio-historical realities, there is an intensification of the formation of professional competencies of the wind instrument performer in accordance with certain European standards and requirements.
