Features of professional training of the future primary school teacher’s in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School
Abstract
The article deals with analysis of characteristics of the future primary school teacher are professional. It has been are considered the base competences of the specialist of pedagogical sphere, that are a necessary condition of his productive professional activity and competitiveness.
It has been offered such strategies of modernization of future primary school teacher’s training, that are used in Ahatanhel Krymskyi Volodymyr-Volynskyi Pedagogical Applied College: integration and inclusion in education; an orientation for scientific work, pedagogical practice and medialiteracy; use of innovative technologies, information and communication technologies, health saving technologies.
Considerable attention in the article is spared to introduction of the integrative approach in studies and acquaintance with the basic ideas of inclusive education in the educational process of pedagogical college, that affect on teacher-innovator’s training. Basic advantages of the students’ scientific work are outlined: oratorical art, thorough theoretical knowledge, self-development and self-perfection.
The themes of future teachers’ scientific researches, above that they actively work in recent years, are enumerated: art-therapy, new Ukrainian school, inclusive teaching, integration in education, health saving technologies, mobile technologies, STEM-STEAM-STREAM-education. Importance of pedagogical practice is established as a priority direction of improvement of future primary school teacher’s professional training. It is conclused, that due to the practice-oriented approach, the training of teacher of new generation, ready to realization of basic tasks of new Ukrainian school, comes true. Health saving technologies that can be used in educational establishments of different types are distinguished. It is found out, that medialiteracy is a necessary ability of modern personality.
