Abstract

In the context of practical aspects, the article reveals the problem of formation of value orientations and attitudes of the personality, which remains one of the most relevant in pedagogical science and school practice. Whereas, the issue of education is not only a problem of the education sector, but concerns the whole society. The value orientation of the modern educational process requires a thoughtful attitude to the ideas accumulated by the world and domestic psychological and pedagogical science, as well as to those systemic ideas about the formation of personality, which are obtained by today's experimental research, analyzed current problems of formation of value orientations of the person and emphasized on ideas of experimental educational institutions.

 It has been presented results of theoretical and practical researches of the process of formation of value orientations of the personality. In the process of education, the problem of formation of universal human moral values ​​remains one of the most relevant in pedagogical science and school practice. In almost all legislative and regulatory documents, the education of morality is defined as the main task of the educational process.

The modern educational system requires a complex approach to their solution and development of the socio-pedagogical paradigm of education on values. The basis of the new paradigm, and therefore the basis of education are the child's personality, recognition of its highest value, the teacher's orientation on humane, democratic principles of joint life with the child.

The successful achievement of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of a growing personality that is based on universal human and national values, in general secondary education will depend on the development and implementation of a model, system of formation of competence education of students, relevant educational and methodological materials used in the educational process of educational institutions.
