Adaptive organizational structure of management as a factor of effective management of the organization
Abstract
The article outlines the essence of the adaptive organizational structure of management of an educational institution, singles out and characterizes its properties: flexibility as an ability to respond in a timely manner to changes in the preferences of customers and consumers of educational services, technological support of the educational process and take into account the context of educational innovations; adequacy of management decisions and actions regarding the nature of the situation in the educational market; adaptability as the ability to optimally adapt to the changes taking place in the market of educational services; sustainability as the ability to maintain its model under any conditions or negative external factors and, if necessary, make reasonable functional changes to strengthen the adaptability of managerial influences. The author substantiates that the essence of the adaptive organizational structure of management of an educational institution is manifested in a set of management actions aimed at the formation of an adaptive and sustainable management system that can ensure its development in the conditions of permanent changes in the educational market. The organizational, informational and communication aspects of the structure of the organizational structure of management of the educational institution are considered. The schemes of ensuring adaptive organizational structure of organization management on the basis of internal, external and mixed coordination of management relations and influences are described. It is proved that the adaptive organizational structure of management contributes to increasing the concentration of efforts of management entities to attract employees to generate innovative ideas, which contributes to the joint development and promotion of new educational products in the educational market that can provide the educational institution with certain competitive advantages. The prospect of further research in the field of formation of a new managerial culture necessary to ensure the adaptive organizational structure of management of the educational institution has been determined.
