Current processes of informatization of social and industrial processes in combination with the rapid development of modern means of network communication have led to a situation where there is a growing demand for training IT professionals with specific competencies, among which are axiological and deontological competencies. As a result, various aspects of IT training are currently being actively researched and discussed. The basic thesis of the study is confirmed by scientific materials of the American National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, the International Association of Computer Science, the World Economic Forum in Davos, the European Commission and others. Experts actually recognized such behavioral characteristics as initiative, enthusiasm, reliability, cultural sensitivity, and communication skills as valuable to IT professionals. Instead, professional ethics is imperative for relevant professionals. Finally, the analysis of special literature with the chosen research topic gives grounds to assert that without the formation of axiological and deontological competencies of future IT professionals correlates with the establishment of the humanistic paradigm of modern society. We are talking about the movement towards a humane knowledge society against the background of improving the informatization of all parts of society.
