Complex education system in the ukrainian school

Abstract

The article reveals the current status of the system of education in Ukrainian schools with the improvement of the development of the European lighting space. It has been presented recommendations for the creation of a complex system of education at the foundation of the global middle light.

It is proved that purposefully creating a comprehensive system of education in the Ukrainian school, the desired concept of innovative development of education is laid down.

The system-forming factor in creating such a system is to combine its elements, components, subsystems into a single whole to achieve an important educational goal - the development of nationally conscious and spiritual and moral personality, a clear subordination to which in educational interaction and socio-pedagogical conditions. affects the structure of educational centers, the sequence of external and internal educational influences, the subordination of class and creative teams and public associations, relationships and interactions between them, as well as the simultaneous solution of several educational tasks, coordination of priorities of education and self-education.

The result of the presented experiment was the creation of such models of educational systems of general secondary education institutions as: school of subject-subject interaction; school of education of the personality of innovative type on the basis of positive values; school of spiritual and moral growth; school of education of ethnocompetent personality; School of Health Ecology; school of socio-pedagogical initiatives; school of vitally competent person; school of new choice; school of patriotic growth; school of life action; school of life values; school of academic and amateur art; school of socially active citizen-patriot.

Analysis of the proposed experience of structuring the educational system of general secondary education shows that this approach takes into account not only the orderliness of the Regional Program of National Education of Children and Students of Rivne region, which ensures its integrity and interaction of subsystems, components, subjects and objects educational process, but also the features of content and technological support for the effectiveness of its functioning and development in the specified educational environment.
