Methodological approach in vocational training future legal experts
Abstract
The article draws attention to the fact that the modern strategy of reforming education in Ukraine is closely related to the introduction of the provisions of the Concept of the National Program of Adaptation of the Legislation of Ukraine to the legislation in the European and global educational environment, which provides for updating the methodological foundations of the professional training of future legal scholars, taking into account the conditions and prospects for the development of higher education. General scientific methodology dictates the need for a critical review of the conceptual apparatus, factors, prerequisites and approaches to a certain phenomenon or process, taking into account the rapidly changing circumstances of today. In this regard, the general principles and methods of professional training of future legal scholars in the conditions of mixed education were formulated within the framework of the study.
In order to effectively solve the problem of forming the professional competence of future specialists in the field of law in conditions of mixed education, it is proposed to use three groups of research methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, content analysis, abstraction, analogy, idealization, induction, deduction, formalization, classification, generalization , systematization, specification, comparison, modeling, etc.); empirical (questionnaires, interviews, expert surveys, ratings, observations, testing, expert surveys, conversations, study of the products of the activities of students, pedagogical experiment, monitoring, etc.); data processing (ranking, indexing, content analysis, measurement and control, etc.).
It is emphasized that in order to study the state of research on the problem of professional training of future specialists in the field of law in the conditions of mixed education in domestic and foreign pedagogical theory and practice, as well as to determine the methodological bases for solving the outlined question, it is necessary to use a set of methods, which includes: analysis, synthesis , content analysis, abstraction, analogy, idealization, induction, deduction, formalization, generalization, systematization, specification and comparison.
