A SYNERGETIC MODEL OF WORKING IN PHYSICS IN THE SMALL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES
Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific-methodological approaches used in preparation by the members of Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in physics scientific researching. Generalization of the research is permitted to present the synergetic model of this process.The article analyzes the synergetic approaches used in fundamental scientific research and Humanities. The possibilities of such approaches in the process of pedagogical research and education are shown. It is noted the importance of involving students and teachers of secondary schools in research work in physics. The tasks and functions of the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in this work are covered. It is proposed scientific and methodological approaches to the preparation and writing of research works in physics by members of the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Generalization of the research allowed presenting a synergetic model of this process. The teacher of physics, as a subject of synergetic model, provides theoretical and practical training of the student through physics lessons, extracurricular activities and extracurricular activities. This enables the student-supervisor subjects to establish, maintain and develop communication in the preparation and writing of research work in the areas of theoretical or experimental physics. Thus, a feedback system in the synergetic model is implemented through the teacher. It is shown that the process of interaction of subjects of creation of research works on physics of Manu of Ukraine is an open synergetic system capable of dynamic changes. The implementation of the proposed model in the educational process allows to inoculation the basic idea of the program «New Ukrainian School» – the development of students competencies and talents.
