Formation of creativity of the education manager in the process of professional training

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the formation of professional qualities of a manager of creative education. It has been defined the concepts of the practical activity of the education manager. Which influence the formation of his professional qualities and determine the effectiveness of management of educational institutions. The target concept of management efficiency assumes that the activities of the education manager are aimed at achieving certain goals, and management efficiency characterizes the degree of their achievement.

 The system concept determines the dependence of the results of the education manager's work on internal and external factors of the educational environment. While the effectiveness of management characterizes the degree of its adaptation to changes. The concept of management effectiveness based on achieving a «balance of interests» is aimed at meeting the expectations, hopes and needs (interests) of all participants in the educational process, and management effectiveness characterizes the degree of achievement of their balance of interests.

The functional concept affects the education manager's ability to compare the results and costs of the management system. It has been defined criteries of the compositional concept: productivity; quality of work; efficiency; flexibility; satisfaction, adaptability. The study substantiates the evolution of the formation of a creative manager of education and his professional qualities. It has been determined directions of the implementation of the creativity of the education manager by combining his managerial, executive and creative abilities.
