PROBLEM DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL REFLECTION OF INSTRUMENTAL COLLECTIVE LEADERS IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROCESS
Abstract
Nowadays, the development of professionally significant personal qualities of a specialist is of particular relevance in pedagogy and musicology. This issue requires the personality of the leader of the instrumental ensemble to converse to the use of innovative educational technologies that will ensure the growth of his professionalism, general culture, spiritual and moral values, improvement of the creative activity. The development of professional reflection in this context is the essential requirement for creative self-realization and achieving a high level of the professional excellence and versatility. The purpose of the article is to reveal the problem of the development of professional reflection of the leaders of instrumental ensembles in the process of professional training and to theoretically substantiate the concept of “professional reflection of the leader of instrumental ensemble”. The problem of the development of professional reflection of leaders of instrumental ensembles in the process of professional training is complicated and multifaceted, and therefore requires considerable analysis and research. The leader should operate a sufficient amount of knowledge for the reason that his creative work embodies different types of activity: organization and management, rehearsals, performing at concerts, musically-pedagogical, interpretation and education. The inner world of the leader of the instrumental ensemble is filled with contradictions, but the ways to solve them are not fully disclosed. The leader does not have a sufficient level of psychological and pedagogical techniques and skills aimed at overcoming professional problems, especially the skills of professional reflection, which are the key to knowing, discovering and analysing the internal interaction between the leader of the instrumental ensemble and its members. The phenomenon of professional reflection in this context is the basis of professional self-improvement of the leader of the instrumental ensemble, seeing that this ability leads him to self-awareness, rethinking, introspection, diagnostics and evaluation of his own professional activity.
