PEDAGOGY PAPEDAGOGY IN THE AREA OF VA SUKHOMLINSKOGO
Abstract
The article analyzes the pedagogy of the partnership of Vasyl Oleksandrovych Sukhomlynskyi, which is based on communication, interaction, and cooperation between the teacher, the student, and the parents.
Positive changes in the upbringing of the modern generation are possible provided they turn to the heritage of Ukrainian pedagogy and scientific forecasting of the prospects of strengthening the partnership in the upbringing of children and young people.
Students, parents, and teachers, united by common goals and desires, are voluntary and interested like-minded people, equal participants in the educational process. The basic principles of this approach are: goodwill and positive attitude; trust; dialogue – interaction – mutual respect; equal leadership (proactivity, right to choose and responsibility for it, horizontal management); principles of the social partnership (equality of the rights, voluntary commitments, obligatory implementation of agreements).
V.O. Sukhomlynskyi theoretically substantiated and practically embodied in pedagogical process humanistic ideas of the pedagogy of the partnership, formulated pedagogical concept, which has common values for all mankind, it is based on objective laws, which are not connected with conjuncture or ideological dogmas. The main ideas of famous pedagogue which became the basis of this conception are: love to children; development of creativity of each individual in the conditions of collective community based on ethical and aesthetic values, interests, needs; cult of nature, nature as the most important instrument of raising the feeling of beauty and harmony; development of democratic pedagogical instruments and educational methods; request to child’s inner world, support on its own strengths, internal support and development of that healthy which is in every person; development of an idea ‘joy of knowing’; democratization of the management structure in the educational process at school.
