Abstract

. The article attempts to prove that one of the key factors in the successful development of children's creative abilities is the early identification of their talents. It is fair to state that the earlier detection of student talants give more chances to show their talent as early as possible.

Analyzed the methods of diagnosing creative opportunities and identifying natural talents and children genius, especially primary school age, which in the future will contribute the creation of their creative potential. It is emphasized the need to understanding these methods by teachers, whose work with younger schoolars.

The analysis that presented in the article shows that the big quantity of teachers don’t have methods of identifying and developing children's talents, trying to find and understand these methods independently, but this activity is usually episodic, unsystematic and unprofessional. As a result, a significant percentage of genius children in schools simply «get lost» and lose the opportunity to realize their talents and abilities in adult life. To avoid this, it is proposed to create a system of acquaintance and understanding by teachers the identifying methods and realizing the creative potential of students, which should be implemented during methodological process in general secondary education, and also, during course training in postgraduate pedagogical education.

It is emphasized the need to continue research and introduce new practics not only in certain methods of diagnosing and early detection the creative potential of primary school students, but also forms and training methods for this activity, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on general child development.
