Equality on the way of reform of basic secondary education: teacher training experience (On example of Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education)
Abstract
The article presents the experience of the Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education regarding the scientific-methodical and educational-organizational support of the training of teachers of grades 5-6 for work in the conditions of the reform of basic secondary education of the New Ukrainian School. The main focus of the article is on the years 2021 and 2022, however, for a more thorough understanding of the essence of the issue, the authors turn to consideration of both earlier and later events.
It has been characterized the main steps regarding the implementation of the State standard of basic secondary education. It has been determined a strategy for the modernization of the system of continuous professional development of pedagogical workers aimed at network interaction, the search for new content and cooperation technologies with the education management bodies of territorial communities, centers for the professional development of pedagogical workers and educational institutions, which promotes the activation of the creative potential of each teacher, improving and increasing his professional development and skills.
In order to implement the tasks of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, it has been emphasized that new state educational and professional standards, a number of scientific and methodical events are annually held on the topical issues of the development of the New Ukrainian School. Also, formation of key competencies and cross-cutting skills of students of education, the peculiarities of evaluating the results of education students, implementation principles of partnership pedagogy, application of modern technologies, new methods and forms of work; such forms of work are used as regional and zonal schools of innovation of managerial and pedagogical workers, a young teacher's forum, schools of management and pedagogical skills, author's creative workshops of teachers, pedagogical studios, workshops, meetings, an educational hub, permanent consulting points, etc.
