State and public expertise on the implementation of innovative practices of the new ukrainian school
Abstract
The article reveals the importance of state-public expertise in the implementation of innovative experiments and projects in the context of the implementation of the Concept of a new Ukrainian school. It has been analyzed the scientific works of domestic scientists, which are devoted to researching innovative activities, carrying out examinations and characteristics of expert methods.
It has been characterized various approaches to understanding the essence of the concepts of «expertise», «public expertise», «state-public expertise».
It has been disclosed the main directions of state and public expertise (management expertise, motivation expertise, instructional expertise, planning expertise, expertise in the application of practical results, understanding of prospects and opportunities for further development) that can be applied at various stages of the implementation of innovative practices.
The article describes the requirements for the effectiveness of state and public expertise. It has been are disclosed functions of expertise and its advantages as a tool influencing the improvement of innovation implementation results. An algorithm for state-public examination of the implementation of innovative practices of the New Ukrainian School is proposed.
