Innovative educational practices: creation and implementation in the New Ukrainian School
Abstract
The article analyzes the international and domestic experience of creating and using innovative practices for the needs of the New Ukrainian School. IT has been outlined the relevance of modern approaches and practices in the general secondary education system as a natural process of combining evolutionary and revolutionary changes in education and their management.
Attention is focused on the creation of favorable conditions for the actualization in the personal practical experience of the teacher of the complex of knowledge, abilities, skills in the subject of teaching, the unity of general and professional competences as a complete pedagogical practice. Which occurs in the process of acquiring pedagogical mastery and the impact of changes in education and is reborn into pedagogical professionalism and teacher innovation.
It has been revealed the essential content of innovative practices in education as a type of pedagogical activity aimed at the construction, approbation, implementation or dissemination of the achievements of pedagogical experience and new approaches to updating the education system in general and the educational process in particular. Innovative practices in the New Ukrainian School are the result of the cognitive component of the education reform and the innovative process of creating, implementing, and spreading in educational practice new ideas, tools, educational, pedagogical, and management technologies in the educational process.
It has been determined the peculiarities and approaches of implementing the new content of competence education according to the new State standards of primary and basic secondary education for the implementation of known educational practices. Attention is focused on the results of experiments and projects at the regional level, as well as their filling with innovative educational practices created from the standpoint of innovative experience and innovative educational activity of teachers of educational institutions of the Rivne region.
