Vasyl Sukhomlynsky's pedagogical system in the New Ukrainian School
Abstract
The article reveals the relevance of Vasyl Sukhomlynsky's ideas for the implementation of formula of the New Ukrainian School on the basis of a systematic approach that ensure the methodological needs of the modern teacher.
- Sukhomlinsky's ideas based on a deep partnership of the school as a pedagogical system and pedagogical skills of the teacher, aimed at forming a creative personality, patriot and innovator in the educational process of the New Ukrainian School.
The pedagogical system in the New Ukrainian School is a conceptual basis of competency, personality-oriented, active approaches, which are extended into the management processes of the general secondary education institution and the basis of the practice of pedagogical management.
- Sukhomlynsky's pedagogical system has a personified character, reflects the views, ideas and activities of its author. The new period of research of V. Sukhomlynsky's pedagogical system is characterized by the interpretation of the ideas of an outstanding teacher from the standpoint of the philosophy of modern education and the priorities of the New Ukrainian school.
In these processes of change, teacher motivation and freedom of his creativity become a priority of methodological support of the New Ukrainian school, which contributes to the systematic transformation and purposeful realization of goals and influences of development of effective pedagogical system of general secondary education.
Participation in an innovative educational project will update the attention of educators of Rivne region on the creative work of the outstanding teacher-humanist V. Sukhomlynsky. This scientific and pedagogical ideas are established in pedagogy and philosophy of modern education, become the basis of reform processes in education and contribute to innovative development of Ukrainian school.
