The organization of the extracurricular educational process through the prism of world experience
Abstract
The article is devoted to the world experience of the organization of the extracurricular process. The individual achievements of the theory and practice of the organization of full-day schools (groups of extended days) in the Federal Republic of Germany are analyzed.
The scientific support for the organization of this form of extracurricular education in Germany is highlighted: a consortium of scientists from 14 federal states develops and improves scientific and pedagogical programs for the development of full-day schools. It is concluded that the attention of state structures, the government, teachers, and parents to this problem is increasing: since 2003, Germany has been the state investment program «The future of education and its scientific guidance» (Zukunft Bildung und Betreuung), which is aimed at creating ten thousand full-day schools or extended day schools in all federal states (Ganztagsslen).
Today, every third German student attends such a full-day school. It has been characterized the peculiarities of the organization of the educational and educational process in the all-day school. It has been highlighted example of the Gottfried Kinkel school in Bonn, the activity of the extended day group is shown, the organization of the educational process, which ensures the comprehensive development of the younger schoolboy. It has been analyzed the work experience of one of the all-day schools in the city of Berlin, where 650 students’ study. After lunch, children work in different interest groups (36 of them in total), the groups change 4 times during the school year. 40 teachers, 38 educators and 2 special educators work with students. Great attention was paid to the comprehensive development of children, as well as the organization of productive work of schoolchildren.
It has been concluded that the experience of learning and educating younger schoolchildren in all-day schools in Germany is quite valuable for the Ukrainian education system, in particular, for the organization of extended day groups in the new Ukrainian school.
